This heritage assessment of Foxley Lodge was prepared for Architectus Melbourne as a consequence of a proposal by its client, Australand, to redevelop the surrounding site into an industrial estate.
The purpose of this report was to evaluate the cultural significance of the site, its buildings and other man made and natural features, and make recommendations that will ensure that any development will retain and enhance its elements of heritage significance.
