City of Wyndham Heritage Review of Sites of Local Interest.
Client: Wyndham City Council
The ‘City of Wyndham Review of Heritage Sites of Local Interest’ was commissioned by the Wyndham City Council in early 2004. The purpose of this study was to re-evaluate 90 sites of ‘local interest’ identified by members of the local community. The study involved re-surveying each site, undertaking further historical research and preparing revised citations. For those places that were found to be of cultural significance to the community, this study made recommendations for their conservation and management and prepared statements of significance that will form the basis for their inclusion in a Planning Scheme amendment.

South Melbourne Historic Bluestone Kerb and Channel Survey.
Client: City of Port Phillip
This study was commissioned by the City of Port Phillip in April 2003. It investigated the various methods used in Melbourne in the 19th century to provide crossing points across the deep bluestone channels next to roads. The Council is conscious of the heritage value of these channels, but equally acknowledges that many are deep and wide, and can be a potential hazard to the elderly, disabled and other members of the community. As part of its commitment to retain these bluestone channels, this report was commissioned to survey the channels and suggest appropriate ways, from a heritage perspective, to provide crossing points over them.
