This heritage assessment of Foxley Lodge was prepared for Architectus Melbourne as a consequence of a proposal by its client, Australand, to redevelop the surrounding site into an industrial estate. The purpose of this report was to evaluate the cultural significance of the site, its buildings and other man made and natural features, and make recommendations that will ensure that any development will retain and enhance its elements of heritage significance.
Heritage Assessment of the Armytage Own 1st Dandenong Scout Hall, Princes Highway, Dandenong.

This heritage assessment of the Armytage Own 1st Dandenong Scout Hall was prepared for Williams Ross Architects as a consequence of a proposal to redevelop the hall as a community band venue for the youth of Dandenong and to erect another building to the southwest of the hall containing an acoustic stage, lounge, canteen and toilet facilities. The purpose of this report is to evaluate the cultural significance of the hall and make recommendations that will ensure that the redevelopment will retain and enhance its cultural significance.
